i prefer Duncan. because he is always steady, low-key but at the peakedness.
no scoring title, no rebounding title, but just MVP - regular season MVP, final MVP, allstar MVP...

I don't like Duncan .But i respect him very much .ALthough his performance on the court is never as wonderful as other young boys ,he did well in playing basketball .
As you said ,Duncan is always steady on the court ,which brings about victory to Spurs .Some can slam ,some can score ,Duncan can help his team win games .I bet that all managers in the association want to get him because he is really an excellent player .

I agree with you captinjack. Duncan might be a boring player to watch but he sure can help his team win some games. :)

Same here, I like Kobe bryant. He knows how to play the game well, and what's amazing is that he knows his capacity very well, especially when he is inside the court. He knows how to put his team up, he may sometimes seems very much for the ball, but of course, he knows where to pass the ball and to whom to pass the ball. He is such a real sportsman.

Cuurently, i really like Kobe. He's just improved so much and i really like the way he is handling his role now. The one thing that always amazes me is how cool he is on very tight situations like when the game is on the line with a few seconds left and then he nails a very tough shot. I've seen a lot of it already that it has become normal for him. But, hey, it takes a lot of talent and passion to consistently and continually be aiming for the top. So much to be admired. Imagine, he has won the championshio a lot of times already but he keeps pushing himself. Amazing.

I agree with you. He is good. He became a really great leader of the Hornets when the team needed one. Sure hope that they'd have a good season. :)

since i play a point guard position, i like jason kidd. i admire his unselfishness and vision on the court. i simply love watching him, how he makes possibilities and gets involved his teammates in offense. but he is aging now at 37, still he has some good plays to offer. what is missing in his career is the championship ring. i am really hoping that he will get that this year with dirk and terry on the team of dallas mavericks.

Oh yeah! I remember his passes. All those crazy stuff that he did. Man, they were good!! Yeah. I wish he would win a ring though. He'll be another legend without a ring. Damn Heat for building a ridiculous crazy good line-up! We'll just hope for the best for Kidd. Thanks for responding! :)

I can't agree with you more .I am a big fan of Kobe too .In my mind ,Kobe's shooting gesture is the most splendid in the association .What's more ,his personality is respectable too .You can never see him give up any games, which motivates me a lot when encountering some trouble. Some people may dislike Kobe for his arrogance. But in my opinion ,one leader without arragance can't be called leader .As time flies,Kobe gets much softer than ever before .And it is good for L.A Lakers. At last i wanna say ,kobe rocks ,Lakers is unmatchable.

Yeah. I agree with you with Kobe kinda getting "softer". I noticed that 2 seasons ago. He's now becoming a true leader. Yeah. He is awesome. :)

Among all the guards in NBA, I believe Mark ackson is the best "classic" point guard . He is good at assist. In many matches, he had many fantastic no-look pass. In 1996-97 NBA regular season game, Mark Jackson was the league leader of assists ( 11.4 assists per game ).
In 1987, he was picked up by New York Knicks in NBA draft. In his first year in NBA, he was named the NBA Rookie of the Year and a member of NBA All-Rookie Team. After five years in New York, he was traded to LA Clippers. In 1994, he was traded to Indiana Pacers ( his present team ). In 1996 - 97 regular season, he was traded to Denver Nuggets. Due to the poor preformance of Pacers, Jackson was back to Pacers around Feb. In that year, he was the assist leader in the regular season.
This year, he also had good preformance in the team. In Game 5 against the Knicks, he got triple-double ( 22 points, 14 rebounds, 13 assists ) and he is the first players to get triple-double in Pacers' history. He also passed Maurice Cheeks into 5th place on the NBA all-time career assists list after the match against Washington Wizards on 19th Mar, 9
I for great him Mark ackson.

He was good. I saw him play before and he was really good. He was a very under-rated player. He was really good but not that recognized! Nice suggestion, man. Appreciated it.

i usually play as a point guard in the school team. my favorite basketball player would be rajon rondo. i like him because he plays for the celtics and celtics are my favorite team. he averaged a triple double in the play offs. secon best rebounder next to jason kidd.
