Recruiting Vs Sponsoring

So, you are ready for a hard day of prospecting, maybe you are making a fresh ad campaign online, or heading down to the local mall to lay out some sound bytes, or using Big Al's technique for building instant repore with people. You start them along the lines to joining you in your business, and how do you go about it, are you a recruiter? Or are you sponsor? And How can you tell? A recruiter- Just wants to get a prospect in and get them in now, and once they are in it is up to them to make sure they succeed. A Sponsor- Takes the time to learn why a prospect should be in, and what they can do to help their prospect become more successful, then they take the time to teach them, and they are there for them. What do you think?

Didn't know the difference until now. I would say I'm a sponsor. I'm into networking now and I even help my downlines get their own. I wasnt like this before but I found out that if you dont help your referrals then you wouldnt succeed much too.

This is so true. Your success is reliant on the success of your downline, that is what we are paid for, to build up the skills of those beneath us. At least that is how we develop our walk away residual income. If you haven't already I suggest you download success in 10 steps by my good friend and personal mentor Michael Dlouhy, you can find a link in my profile if you are interested. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

I would consider myself a bit of both...If I am really enthusiastic about something, i will do a lot of recuiting & letting people know how to succeed & let them know if they need any help to contact me...I guess you could say that I am the sort of person who will only help people who help themselves.

I still haven't found something that really works for me - my thing is trying to get referrals/sponsers & also trying to promote online (SEO).

Why dear...What is your reason for need the money? What drives you to keep on keeping on? I need to schedule you in for a call, for some reason you make me nervous...LOL. Have you read that book, and listened to those audios on that website? It is really all I would be phoning to ask. Just to ask and chat. Ask and chat, ask and chat. It really is quite fun, all that chatting, and having the asking as a reason to call. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

Awesome, sounds to me like you are more of a sponsor then a recruit. Which is awesome. So, just out of idle curiosity, Why do you need all the extra money that keeps you doing business online? Cheers.

You make it clear to me. Before I was thinking that recruiting and sponsorship is just the same thing. And I did not understand why some say we did not recruit we just sponsor.

It is my great pleasure to be of assistance to you in this matter of great of importance. It is better to sponsor, learn about your people, make friends with them, believe in them, because it develops a higher retention in your business, you make more money, and you earn life long friends in the process...sounds to me like a for the highest good of all concerned all around. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

First off, thank you sir for your message. I appreciate it. I believe I am a sponsor. I always try to motivate others to move and think of themselves. Yes, I earn for them but I also want them to earn for themselves. Another purpose of this business is to help others gain money. I believe in that purpose and yes, I do believe I am a sponsor. :)

Awesome, it is good to be there for your people. Believe in them, until they believe in themselves. Cheers.
