I am currently employed in a company where we don't experience getting paid during our over time. why is life so unfair sometimes? I work hard for my family and yet they don't give what should be for us. Do you also experience not being paid by your employer?

..hi.. I'm also experiencing that right now.. what's worst is, when we are late for even a minute, they automatically deduct it from our salary, but when we spend extra ours on our duty, we are not compensated.. it's hard because I am the breadwinner.. this is one reason why I'm looking for a sideline job that I can work after office hours..

Hi raynejasper! I also work as a freelance programmer so as to cover up our day to day expenses. I hope these companies will have pity on their employees because we are working hard and yet we are not well compensated.

Yes, i also experienced it in my previous job. Everyday, we're having a OT like 1 hour or more because of some meeting and some network problems but they not pay our OT that's why we call it OTTY that means "Over Time Thank You" because we have a salary lower than the normal salary and they still don't pay our OT. But because it happened to us everyday it become a normal to us. At first it is not okay but when days pass it becomes okay.
