do you ever got toothache ?

Other than take pain pills, I go to the dentist. I don't mess around with it, because it could get a lot worse.

Toothache very uncomfortable. Because of a toothache, do anything to be nice, even insomnia. If I have a toothache, I take painkillers, although not much help, at least, can reduce pain.

I would suggest gurgling with mouth wash or if you don't have that, warm salt water. After doing that, I would suggest using some sort of oral pain reliever that should numb the pain. I'd also brush with sensitive toothpaste while you have the toothache as the other stuff might make it feel worse. If the pain doesn't subside after a few days I'd go see the dentist.
