Chances are, as we get older, one of the most comfortable thing to do at home is just sit, relax and watch television. Little did we know that we are storing the fats in our bodies if we just lie in front of a television rather than stand and walk for a while.
Blame it on the TV! Haha! Better yet, have a treadmill infront of a TV to get those calories burn!

TV and computers really make lots of people lie in couch for much of time. I am serious that Tv and computers waste we a lot of time.

Thought I've read somewhere, perhaps from the local papers here (sorry can't remember) that the time we do our physical workout and exercises do affect our metabolic rate. The best time of the day is in the morning and that increases our metabolism for a longer time during the day. I'm not encouraging myself or anyone to be a couch potato. But really these are things to consider too to keep us healthy.

My late husband a few years ago bought a treadmill and I thought well bright idea. If it gets too cold, I can exercise on the treadmill while watching TV and he goes and puts in in the bedroom. So here I was looking at a bare wall and not even the Cd player could stay on it, it would fall off all the time.
So we got rid of it. Now I walk around while watching Tv Say maybe I should watch Tv on my iphone and bump into walls while watching my favorite show.
You just cannot win.
