Most of the offers site accept members Only from US & Europe country as survey and offers are only for those country members..anyways there is site name call intoffers...this site has offers for international members and they have low payout..I think 10 cent or $1 something.

yeah intoffers is nice site and the payout is only 10 cents..I have seen many payment proof in discussion forum.
