It depends. . .I am a female, but if I were a man, and my fiancee was pregnant, I would save the fiancee. If my mother had already been diagnosed with the painful lung cancer that killed her, I would also save the fiancee because I know my mother would not want to go through the horrible chemo/radiation/surgery experience again. Otherwise, I would save my mother--not only because of our special relationship, but also because I would assume a younger and presumably stronger man would have a better chance of swimming to safety. The question becomes a lot harder, though, if it's a choice between your mother and your spouse of 20 years.

if i look at it in a point of view as a daughter, of course i will save my mother.I only have a mother in my whole life and I will not exchange her for anybody else...If in the state of emotion, maybe I will have a secondthought. We knew that if a woman is in love sometimes she cant think soundly so its her option who will she save. But still, since I have been raised by my mothers sweat and tears,I can never let her down.Somehow, I know my fiance will understand...
