What kind of people do you find diificult to work with?

I find people difficult to work are those who do not cooperate and do not perform constantly and who fail to respond to any effort to motivate them. To be able to be successful in work everyone must be working as a team with skills and strength.

i think my bugbear will be that the person shows a poor attitude towards work and work too smart for his or her own good.
