What causes this?

Five people shot in Seattle today. One woman escaped. THe woman who did this took her own life. What do you think is the reason for this behavior? I remember the 'going postal' thing afew years ago. I hear these things on the news now about once a month or so. What makes people go 'postal'?

i think its mental illness. and these days its really tough for people to even survive. did the woman that shot them take her own life? or did the woman that got awAy take her own life? not sure what you meant.
