Am I an insomniac?

HELP! I have a problem. For the past couple days its been really hard for me to fall asleep and when I actually do fall asleep only sleep for about 2 to 3 hours. I don't know why this is happening. I can already see the bags developing under my eyes. How can I break out of this? I stay up almost all night and barely get any sleep. Any suggestions? I just want a good nights rest :-(.

Try to eliminate coffee, tea and high energy drinks. Have herbal teas instead. Or try having milky drinks. A nice relaxing bath before bed sometimes does the trick. Make your bedroom peacefull, turn off the tv/computer. You could try using lavendar oil, a few drops on your pillow.
