Am I an insomniac?

HELP! I have a problem. For the past couple days its been really hard for me to fall asleep and when I actually do fall asleep only sleep for about 2 to 3 hours. I don't know why this is happening. I can already see the bags developing under my eyes. How can I break out of this? I stay up almost all night and barely get any sleep. Any suggestions? I just want a good nights rest :-(.

Maybe there are something excited you.Everyday you can do the same thing in the same time.

Try to eliminate coffee, tea and high energy drinks. Have herbal teas instead. Or try having milky drinks. A nice relaxing bath before bed sometimes does the trick. Make your bedroom peacefull, turn off the tv/computer. You could try using lavendar oil, a few drops on your pillow. Are you worried about something? Finding an area of your life stressfull? You may need to find ways of managing stress in your life
