young people, do you rent or by a house?

the price of house increasing fastly, which almost beyond our ability to afford. but we are now trying hard to earn money and by a house for years. I wonder what should we do, to buy or just to rent?which one suitable for us?

if you cant afford a decent down payment (don't ever buy a house with no money down) then look for a place to lease. its like renting, but you can have the option of buying later- and all your previous payments can go to the final cost. don't rent unless you really have to. you lose all the money and never see it again. when you buy or lease, you can build equity. some real estates let you talk to them about your otions for free, if you are serious.
