Is it true that can sauna can make you lose weight?

I was told that but i dunno whether to believe it or not. Also, why does my face become so smooth when I was in the sauna room??

helper1 is right. You lose weight because you sweat, in essence losing water weight. Once you are 'back to normal' and drink water, you gain it all back. Your face is smooth due to the heat moisturizing your skin with perspiration also.

Mmmm, well, the heat would enlarge your facial pores, so I suppose, like a facial, if you clean your face really well after being in the sauna, it might help some, because the cleanser can really get in there. Then again, you have to be sure to rinse very well, so you don't leave soap/cleanser/etc. in the porse to clog them and make it worse.

Yes it is true that you will lose weight in a suana, but what they won't tell you that you will gain it back as soon as you drink water.

oic..thanx..but that means sauna doesn't help at all because i drink water straight away after sauna because my throat i really dry.

i've never tried before. but from other people experience, it really does will help u lose some weight. just dont drink too much water after sauna. i think this way, u'll able to lose some weight.

YES ITS TRUE - I HATE GOING TO SAUNA BUT I HAVE FRIEND WHO LIKE TO GO AND HE LOOSES A LOT OF DAMN WEIGHT CANT BELIEVE IT

Yes you can lose weight by using a sauna, it is very good for you, your face would become smooth from the sauna due to the steam.

Sauna's just make you sweat. Although they are great to help clear out your skin, because all of you sweats and cleans out your pores.
