I have multiple breast cysts. I'm so frightened when I learned about this. My doctor said there's nothing to worry about since they're benign in nature. However, I have an ultrasound every six months and once a year mammogram. In this way I have peace of mind. An increasing number of cases in breast cancer were reported nowadays. How about you? Do you have a regular breast check-up?
