How to open your own company?

Although I just graduated, I really have a strong desire to have my own company, to open an restaurant or open a place where ppl could play squash, i'm keen on squash actually~ But how? What should I do? Market Research? How to make sure I will profit from it? And how to choose a good partner? Looking forward to hearing from you guys!

Yes it is also my big dream to open my own software company. And want to do many things their. But yet I have not started my carrier. But to open software company is my big dream of life. And I think one day it comes true. Because I want to make my all dreams comes true one day. So I always do efforts for it. But in present I want to start my carrier first with a small but good company. It is important for me to gaining some experience.
