measurement of being in love!

In our life we cannot say that were in love in a person just saying I love You or even say I take care of you because I love you ...Why? . its because the basis of being in love is how much you hold the relationship through trials, sorrow and happiness ...
In my situation and relationship today ... where both in love because we had experienced lots of circumstances in our life... and now we always put in our mind that being strong for one another is the measurement of being in love .... How happy I am today ...

We have the same situation. and i feel happy for you. we also encounter different obstacles which sometimes lead to breaking up but we didnt give up. we fight for our love which matters the most!

Yes, there are a lot of measurements for us that indicates we are in love with someone. So, let me share mine.
First is attraction. If I am attracted both physically and mentally, or mentally alone, then it will be the first step to measure that I am in love.
But that thing alone is not enough. Not only I have to be attracted, but also I must be able to understand and accept the way that person is.
Third, I have to make sure that I am serious and willing to go to another level (serious relationship), and like you told before, be able to go together through trials and sorrow.
