How do we know we're in love?

A lot of people say they are in love - when they are inspired to do things, when they always feel they are in cloud 9, and a whole bunch of reasons. But how do we really say when we are in love? How do we know that this is not just a flitting idea? That we are just fond of that person we think we are in love with?
Do we base it on common interests? On the looks? Intellect?

Time will tell you if it was just a passing infatuation or something deeper. No one can decide for someone else whether they are in love or not. Don't rush into anything and make sure that the other person loves you in return. One way love doesn't last.
