Do you remember that tight slap from your mother?

I remember that day when I got a tight slap from my mother for getting less marks in mathematics.It was so hard for me to bear that slap.I felt very embarrassed and didn't talk to my mother for two days.She some how convinced me and shown me my mistake.It was because of this slap that I got 98 marks in Mathematics in the next semester.I don't know where from I got that progress.But since then it has become a real motivating thing for me that when I struggle to get result.I remember that slap.Which enforces me to do much more hard work.So the question is do you remember that slap?Share me your views and memories.Have a nice day.

So your mother never slaps.You have a strong ego.That also a good thing.But I guess that can also work for you when you are challenged against ur ego

Hi Saphrina.It very good to have a strong ego.Because that always helps you to work more to get to the top of the hill when somebody challenge you.In other way nobody will mess with you for sure due to this reason.

My mother only slapped me when I was at a younger age. She usually slapped me whenever she seems to observe that I am becoming disrespectful of her at a very young age. But then after some time, she would explain to me why she did that and will hug me tight. I never had grudge at my mom whenever she did that because I know,, she just wanted to raise me well. Now, I guess she already did.:)

You are absolutely right my dear.Parents do slap us only for getting the best out of us.But have you remember any particular slap that disappointed you a lot .

I'm lucky. I have never been beaten, caned or slapped by my parents at all. I'm quite good in my studies and my parents have nothing to worry about. I have seen my brother being caned because of his laziness and poor results in school, but they wont slapped him for that. Slapping is way too serious and harsh for a kid.
