Should Mylot limit the amount of discussions people can start...

in order to keep these dumb repeat posts from taking over!!! i'm tired of seeing the same question, sometimes posted by the same people, over and over. Maybe there should be a time limit. You can only start ten discussions per hour. Or will this not help? Roaches always find a way of spreading.

it wil be good,if mylot do it.Because in the same page we are getting the repeated questions atleast 3 times.Otherwise starter should check the topics by search option and then start a new discussion
