Yes. I also forgot to eat sometimes when I'm busy working on computer or if I'm enjoying on something. I didn't notice that time passed by. Other times, I'm aware that it's time to eat but I still don't leave my pc especially if there's something I wanted to finish.

I think your adicted your pc just like i dont leave my pc either unless i go out ahhaaa.lol

Yes, sometimes. My Mom often scholded me because of that. So, I usually bring my eating plate during computer activity.
But if you forget it, it's not good. You will feel the impact (tiring) after finishing your computer activity. So never forget to eat while working!

Now I never forget for eating while I am working on computer. I always take food in mid of my work. Because I think it is necessary. But there are also many persons who always forget to eat while they are working on computer.

I have to force myself daily to remember to eat as I can get so busy that it can be 2pm and I had not a thing to eat. Each time I see my skinny bones I tell myself I must eat.
