What do you expect the seventh season of the HOUSE?

In the USA the seventh season of the TV show HOUSE has already started. Here in Brazil I think it will started next month, I hope, because I love that show. Actually I love Gregory House! Do you think House and Cuddy will really have a love relationship? How this relationship will affect House´s work?
