Well,i am one of the people in this world who has the disease called Asthma.
Its when your sick and gasping desperately for air. When you have Asthma you cant breathe in for long and you REALLY don't have any energy to run/jog/walk fast.
When you breathe you hear a wheezing sound from your lungs.I didn't always have Asthma. :C When i was a child i lived in a dusty appartment witch may have caused me to have Asthma. What REALLY sucks is that i ALWAYS wanted a dog,but i can't cause my doctor is advising not to get one because of dog fur.I always have to carry this blue inhaler around incase of an Asthma attack. There isn't any cure for now(that i know of).I have Asthma each year for some reason. It lasts 1 or 2 days and comes back next year.

Some say that asthma is caused by food allergies. Do you think that theory has any validity?

There are different kinds of asthma, and I donĀ“t know if I can help you. But welcome to send me a message and I can tell you how I got free from this health problem.
It was a great surprise when I, after taking certain nutrition, could go out in very cold weather - about -25C and could breathe without problems.
As far as I have understood, it has to do with lack of immunity, and it is possible to increase it with right nutrition.

I added you as friend, so you have to confirm it, then I can send you private information.
You can choose to change your diet completely, and it takes a lot of knowledge, and I am not sure I can help you there. If you really want to use only the diet - I might ask one of my friends who knows a lot of these things to help you.
But if you are not prepared to change your diet completely, I can give you information about what has helped me and many others. I have been using quality food supplements that are available in your area. There is also a lot of information and since you live in a city, there are probably info meetings near you. Nowadays, they might have webinars, just like we have here!
Whatever you choose to do, it would be better eat lots of fruit and vegetables and non heated nuts, that you can eat without allergy symptoms, together with cold pressed oils. You can also try to avoid milk products and see if you feel better.
