Internet Explorer creating new ways to magically get viruses on your computer since Microsoft started to include it in their software. I will not be using this as well Windows and IE create Windows attracting every virus created by man into its Operating System via Iexplorer.exe and ActiveX.exe which IE allows websites to use directly to install software without your knowledge on to your computer hence why people switched to things like Firefox or Chrome because they don't allow these actions.
It is just adding features that have been around in Web browsers for years as Windows and even Mac now lag behind what Firefox and other Open Source Projects have had for many years.

Its strange that virus still attack windows latest versions.
I have been told by a win7 user that the software has been made totally different to its predecessors and that it was completely immune to virus.
Now I have come to know that the news was not true after all.

In order to re obtain their reputation , they have to make attractive features into their product to outdate firefox and other browsers . Ie 9 has somewhat that capabilaties . So i think they will be back in the competition .

I'm currently using Internet Explorer 8 and I'm pretty pleased with it as things stand. I won't being using Internet Explorer 9 until it becomes available as an update on the Microsoft updates website. I think that's the safest way to go about things. Once that happens it means that they are pretty happy with their product overall.
I'm also thinking, why change? When something is working then I would normally continue using that until something goes wrong or I start experiencing problems. Well, only time will tell and when it becomes available as an update there's no doubt that I will dip my toes in the water as it were and experience it for myself. Andrew

I think it will be a tough job for IE9 to compete with Chrome and FFx

I don't want to try it's beta version yet. I just got disappointed when I tried the beta versions of IE7 and IE8. So I guess I'll just wait until it was officially released before I try and use it.
As of now, I still have no idea of its new features yet. But they really did improved it, I will start using Internet Explorer again. The only issue with it was it seems to be slower when displaying webpages which I don't experience when using Mozilla Firefox.

well it is still a beta feature which i will not try yet, beta products of microsoft are notorious of being buggy.
i have seen a screenshot of it ant it looks similar with opera if i can remember correctly.

Beta versions are not good choices for me. I don't want to be the experimental mouse. I'm waiting for the officially released version - the full version.
And I don't know why you say "bring back", you think that IE7 and 8 have spoiled the reputation of Microsoft Internet Explorer?
