Your sleeping and waking up pattern ?

Hi All, Would you share with us what is your sleeping and waking up pattern? At what time do you generally sleep and what time you wake up? In my case, I normally sleep around 12 or 12:30 in the night and wake up between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. Sometimes, I wake up earlier at 7 A.M in the morning.

If I feel sleepy before 12am, and still didn't go to bed, I would end up awake till early dawn, then goes to sleep and wake up till after lunch time. If at the moment I feel sleepy before 12am, and went straight to bed, I sleep and wake up about 7-8am. Then will have my afternoon nap till before 6pm.

I have gotten in a very rigid sleeping pattern ninety five percent of the time. Sure there is that five percent of the time where I am going to change the sleeping pattern. Perhaps I am going to get up a bit later, or perhaps a bit earlier. The same thing with going to sleep. However in general, at least since my teenage years, perhaps a bit sooner, I have been going to sleep at the same time, most of the time. Most of the time, I am in bed by ten at night. Without fail a lot of the time. That is about the time of the day where my clock has just run down. I am tired and I have lived another full day in my life. Than I am up by six on most weekdays. Sometimes, it is a lot sooner, sometimes a bit later, but six in the morning, is the best time. Gets me a good eight hours of sleep, as is recommended. So my sleep patterns are pretty steady all things considered.

A fixed sleeping pattern does help. However, with small children, this pattern does change quite often.

Now back to work in the work, I sleep at around eleven thirty or twelve at night and wake up and get up at six in the morning as I have to start to work at seven twenty. During this period I get prepared before going to work. Also I come back home for lunch and have a nap after lunch. This is my pattern of sleeping and waking up every day. Irrespective of weather or season I get up at 5am, and sleep at 10am Will you please tell why you sleep around mid night or later..

Hello there, my sleeping pattern is, I sleep at around 10 or 10:30pm or after my favorite tv shows. But sometimes I sleep earlier than this, I don't want to sleep later than 11 pm. And I wake up at around 7:00 am to get ready for work.

I think when it comes to waking up early in the morning, I will be a poor student. Unfortunately working with the Customer Service in B.P.O has made me an animal in dark. Even when I am on leave from my work, It becomes very hard to sleep early at nights and wake up when half of the world has been tired in working. However, these days I am improving my sleeping habits and wake up around 7.30 or 8.00 in morning.

I go to sleep at 12.30 and and get up at 8 am.How about that?
