What is the best way to earn money at Neobux?

I am a member of Neobux for almost 4 months now. I'd cash-out $5.00 already from this site, and I find it very slow in earning. I do believe that there are some successful members of this site by referring, but I am afraid to rent referrals in here, since I'd heard there are some problems in renting referrals in here. I even tried to use my referral link and promote it in other site, but as if all the people in the online earning community is already a member of this famous site. So is there a good way to earn from this site?

Don't Invest in Neobux Rented Referrals, Because If you Standard You Got $0.005 Per Referral & Half Of your Ref Inactive & you lost money, the best way for earning neobux is to Refer Direct Referrals, or Invest Around $1000 So You earn $100 Per Month I think, I Invest $25.00 & I am Standard & got $19.00 Back so I lost $6.00, Anyway, its very hard to got Neobux Direct now a Days, its what i advice to you,

Well, if you are not renting referrals and are not able to promote that site (which is obvious), there is no way to earn more there. But, I do not understand why you do not want to rent referrals there? And well, please enlighten me also about the problems so that I am also careful.

Don't buy referrals. They don't earn for you and you lose money. I have done it twice and lost money.

I think that for standard members there is no way to earn with Neobux unless is not had a lot of patience. I dont' know the real mechanism of the referrals rented, because on Neobux the cliks of the rented referrals are very irregular, by the way if you don't become an ultimate member is very difficult to earn.
