Should Boise State, TCU, and Utah be considered for BCS bowls?

If you're an SEC, Big 10, Big 12, or even PAC-10 and ACC fan you must have strong feelings about whether Boise State, TCU, and Utah could win consistently in your conference. So, Boise State beat a rebuilding (and overrated) Va Tech team. Utah beat a Pitt team that is breaking in a new QB (and was slaughtered by Miami). TCU crept by a fair Oregon State team and struggled early with SMU. None of this convinces me of their legitimate inclusion in the BCS conversation.
I've seen Alabama and Ohio State - no way is Boise State only one slot down from those two. And either one could have one or two conference losses by season's end due to the competitive nature of the SEC and Big 10. Who's Boise State's biggest threat? Nevada.
Is it our "envy" of those who are successful (though they have paid the price to be so) what makes us pull for the "underdog" - even to the point of assigning them more value than they actually possess? Tell me what you think.

Honestly i dont think they should be. From what i see of boise state for one, they win there games not by how physical they are or anything like that, but because they run trick plays in different situations. This almost makes me think that its the onoly way that they can win against bigger opponents, by fooling them with their plays and by completely blending in with their stadium and turf. I think that shouldnt be allowed because their jerseys are the color of their turf and stadium walls. I dont have that strong of an opinion on the others, but mainly i dont think they should be looked as highly as teams in stronger confrences with scheduals that are actually tough.

The two teams they have beaten from the BCS conferences were not all that strong. Va Tech will struggle to finish 4th in the ACC and Oregon State will probably be 5th in the Pac 10. BSU squeaked by both teams. To face the rigors of the SEC, Big 10, or Big 12 week in and week out would expose talent gap. While fault cannot be found with Boise State, as it tries to schedule more BCS opponents, it shouldn't be given a pass on schedule strength.
