Job interviews can vary from having to speak to one person, through to facing panels of up to seven or more people. You might be presented with a problem facing the company and asked questions to test how well you'd deal with it. So guys, how to remain calm during job interviews in order to present your talents at the most?

Take it easy. Imagine yourself that it's not job interview, but the conversation with friends. It will be easier present the talent when you imagine yourself that you talk with ordinary people, not with people who decide about your future. Generally the self-confident persons are evaluate better then the fearful candidates.
Good luck!

The way I always am is to act confident even if I am not.
I have applied for so many jobs and been offered a contract with the compnay just by doing this...
Its easier said than done, just practise infront of a mirrir and friends and family and before you know it you will be able to act very confident and get the job of your dreams.
Dont forget its mind over matter, your mind can acheive anything you want it to :)
