Walking/running (I do intervals, because I can't run consistently without dying lol) is probably the most refreshing and best thing I can do for myself. I also enjoy pilates - I especially like that I'm sore all over the day after - it makes me feel like it's actually working!

Yogic breathing exercises as taught by Ramdev Baba is probably the best form of exercises, i do that daily for past several years, it keeps my weight and health in control, i feel light and relaxed, you should keep doing it to reap the real bebefits, god bless you, it will stop your depression and make you slim too..
Thanks for sharing. Cheers.

I think I'll be doing yoga forever too! I download videos on iTunes for free :)
After a 7-minute routine, I find myself sweating buckets! I download videos from an instructor named Tara Stiles and I have most of her videos. Because I have so much of them, I just arrange routines I want for myself into a playlist. I feel great every time.
However, there is a new yoga place near where I work and they're having hot yoga classes soon! I'm considering trying one of those classes :)

I find yoga is a very satisfying but very relaxing exercise too as well.
You'll feel very satisfied with this "workout" (yoga) you feel the burn, the stretch and satisfaction like when you do a "real workout" too but the difference is, you are still relaxed after, you're not that tired, you're not that exhausted and you still feel can do more for that day after having a yoga exercise.
I also feel that I can stick with it until I love to exercise! =)

I love yoga! It's the only exercise that I can do because of my scoliosis and luckily, I ended up liking it too much. I love the way my body feels after exercising. And not only are my muscles engaged, but my mind is too, when I'm practicing.
I also like the fact that yoga doesn't bulk you up. I have a tiny frame, and bulging muscles is not a good look on me. Instead, yoga helps me stay lean and strong.
It also serves as a great stress relief. When something's bugging me, I just roll out my mat and after an hour, my mind is clearer and I am much calmer. Ready to find a solution to what's nagging me.
I'd be doing yoga forever too, if I can help it!
