One day nightmares will come true!!! I am so scared

We all have beautiful, sensational dreams as well as nightmares.I am not really suffering from insomnia but i dream and make nightmares very often. Maybe I am very close to my parents or i love them so much that i dream very often bout my parents death. Why is that so? I feel so scared and every time when i had these nightmares i cried alot. Sincerely speaking, i think i will not be able to live if i lost my mum someday. These nighmares make me stress. What must i do?. Some people say nightmares do come true one day. I am so scared.
