Which one is the best payment processor/payment method?

Whenever we perform transactions online we are given a choice to use either a credit/debit card {which is not safe} or many other different payment processors/methods such as Paypal, Alertpay, Moneybookers, Liberty Reserve, Neteller, webmoney, clicktopay etc. There are probably other methods that I have not mentioned here. While Paypal is definitely the most popular and accepted method, I believe that it is not necessarily the best one. For one thing, the exchange rate that Paypal use when you withdraw your money is way below the exchange rate that most banks use. CMIIW,I heard that moneybookers offer a better exchange rate in this case. Unfortunately, moneybookers is not always available in many sites. I haven't actually tried other payment methods such as Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, Neteller etc. I believe that these other payment systems must have their own advantages and disadvantages. Could you guys share your personal experiences using different payment systems and in your opinion which is the best one {the one that offer the lowest fees and the best exchange rate} so that I can make a wiser decision in choosing the payment system when I join some sites?
