Hi mylotters!
As individuals we have to keep our bodies fit and healthy.. And one way to do this is having regular exercise..
I have started attending Aerobics class a week ago and I am enjoying it so much.. Though I am feeling my muscles sore right now, but I know I will benefit from it in the long run.. I've always wanted to do a favor for myself and I have started it. And I am very glad about it!
I am attending Aero sessions during Monday, Wednesday and Friday..
How about you dear myLotters, what efforts do you do to keep your body healthy and fit??
Thanks in advance!

Good for you. I recently started exercising a bit more heavily again, and what a difference it makes. I feel great!

Hi there wiggles,
Yes. Exercising really makes a difference.. We feel much better, and we feel healthier. And I know in the long run of my Aerobics, I would feel my body becoming lighter and I could move more freely..
That's good that you started having regular exercise. You'll need it and it will definitely give you positive results.. You'll someday receive the fruit of your hard work and you'll see it's worth it..
Thanks for responding and happy myLotting!!

hello dear! it's a nice thing that you have decided to attend such things.
is that near your place where you took that aerobics sessions?
that's the effects of "not being used to" exercising and dancing.
you could feel the pain in your muscles at the end of the day,and it can be more painful the day after that. but if you are always doing the same routine,i know you'll get used to it. i hope you could achieve the fitness you want,my dear!
for me,i just do stretchings/joggings at our own house. or if not,i would have done household chores which requires more movements, which makes me sweat a lot. and feel like exercising in a way.

yeah,it feels like you really have to walk from your place to wherever you have to go,feels tiring, though it can be a good exercise for you,i think.
i hope you have lose weight nowadays...hmmm...do you measure your weight? or you just stare at yourself in the mirror to check if you have lose weight?
i believe when you do exercise more often, you'll get used to those muscle aches and pains that you are having right now. and hopefully, you'll get to lose weight as that's the reason for taking that lessons...right?
yeah, that's good exercise for pregnant women. it's good to walk around up and down and over cause you will bloat if you keep on sleeping and not doing anything while pregnant.
oh?i haven't heard that before huh? well, thanks for reminding,my dear!
i should have exercise the proper way,i guess...

hey dear.. Yes it's just near our place, hmm maybe a 20 minute walk.. The walk alone is already an exercise for me.. Added up by the real exercise in the form of Aerobics..
Just unfortunately today, we don't have Aero because our instructor got sick.. I guess it was over fatigue..
The pain is gone already and i'm okay now.. I hope there won't be pain anymore next time.. Good thing our session isn't an everyday basis.. It was on alternate days so it's very tolerable..
Jogging on your own house??? How far have you gone?? Kidding..You know when I was pregnant, I used to wake up early in the morning and then I would have a walk around our house. Up and down the stairs to the room and out, and down to the garage and back again upstairs.. I do it when my husband isn't here to accompany me for a walk outside.. I did it because I just want to have a normal delivery..
Our instructor told us on our first day that household chores for our information, doesn't so good for us.. He meant that, it wasn't exercising our bodies at all.. But I guess if we sweat, we already are detoxifying our bodies, and burn fats.. But I guess we don't tone the muscles that way..
thanks dear for responding..

Hi there IoanaBI,
Oh it's really unfortunate for you not being able to attend your Aerobics class because of your work schedule.. But it's better that you have it on your home than do nothing at all right? And yes, I think that it's more enjoyable if you do the exercise at the hall with lots of other people attending the Aero also.. You'll feel the urge more if there is a competition..
Well, I hope you'll push through the effort of having regular Aerobics even at home. We need it. It's for our health..
Good Luck and have a nice day!
