Well there are free sites that provide drag and drop features for those who have no programming background, but then the site would look much better if you try to study even just bbcode or html. Weebly is a first, Webs as well, pretty much to ease your work get those who also provide widgets and gadgets for your website. Goodluck with yours and happy myLotting :)

Yes, and I would want to add that learning html is really not that hard. There are tons of really good online resources that are completely free that you can use.

You sure can start a free website without being a programmer! There is a great site out there (and I'm sure there are others, but this is the one I use.) called weebly. www.weebly.com . I used this domain to create my website. They really help you out. They have set ups and designs already created. You basically just add in your info. You can create as many pages to your website that you want as well as a blog. You can feel free to check my website out (link in profile) to give you an idea of what their websites look like once they're finished. And like I said it's free and easy!! Definitely worth your time.

Most hosting services are set up so that you can use one of their templates. This makes it easy and quick to get a site up and be in business!! You have to be careful of which one you use though, do your research...but they are out there!

hahaha...its really very funny.u should not think of making any website if u are unaware of any of the programming languages.insted u shoul first go for a coaching.and if u dont hav enough time for that then keep a worker for u who is an it technical and in search of job.u may be beneficial in that case.

well my advice to you is to start first with a site that has a built in website/blog designer so you will learn as you make your website. but if you want to start a from scrath website with not learning anything that much, try to use website design programs like microsoft expression web and such.

I think it is not matter you know or don’t know any programming languages. But you say you want to develop your website. I think if you don’t know programming languages then also you may develop your site with the help of other persons. I mean you may hire any developer who can develop your site. Or you also learn how to develop sites in 3 months. Yes here are many websites who are really very good and also we can learn on these sites many programming languages. So I tell you a website name. www.w3schools.com
