I was thinking about older shows that I used to watch back in the day... and this show came across my mind. It was one of my favorites!!! I loved the urban lifestyle of the cops and the fact that it wasn't just another show that mimicked another show's concept. It was original, thought-provoking and overall a joy to watch. Not to mention the music that they played during the episodes and the music artists that they had perform during or at the end of the show. I really miss shows like these. There are a few interesting sitcoms that come on now... but most are so much like others that are already out now or have already been out. What is one of your favorite old shows??

I always really liked ER when it was on. The main reason that I liked it was because of the fact that it was a really good show. I've always been interested in medicine and this show brought it to life for me. When the show ended, it actually made me go through all the stages of grief because it had been a part of my life for so long. I was hoping that there would be an adequate replacement, but there hasn't been yet.

My sister used to love NY undercover, it was a lil cheesy for me though lol I used to love watching Kojak, Hawaii 5-0, any of the old cop shows were pretty cool, but I really enjoyed the dramatic music they used during certain scenes... lol

I really liked New York Undercover when I was a kid. It was an interesting show and it is/was different from the other cop type of shows that are on now. I really liked watching Golden Girls. I think I had weird tv viewing habits for a kid lol.

I used to really like this show too! I loved Michael Dilorenzo. I even have him on my myspace friends.. LOL. I love that I can catch them on reruns now. Back in the day I also LOVED Miami Vice, Stingray (with Nick Mancuso), the Voyagers with (the late)Jon-Erik Hexum and Meeno Peluce- I really miss that show. Then the 90's came and it was the X-files, and Roswell.. lol- I think I went in another direction.. lol I became a sci-fi nut. I really Miss My HEROES :( and I REALLY REALLY miss my MOONLIGHT (but looking forward to Alex O'loughlin's new show Hawaii Five-O.. saw the first show it is fantastic! now I love all the CSI's, Ncis, and The glades, psych, Burn Notice, Royal pains, Covert Affairs (is my new addiction) and Haven, I have loved all the Stargate's and still currently watching SGU. And Now that I got Digital cable.. OMG- I love the BBC America channel.. TOP GEAR is Hilarios, Graham Norton show.. But best of all BEING HUMAN! Do I live in front of the TV... Kinda.. thankfully most of my shows are ON DEMAND and I can watch them at my whim.. lol I know I am missing a few great shows... but maybe someone else will remind me.. :-)
