Hi, I love to eat fish and almost every week I will cook steam fish for my family. I went to wet market once a week to get a fresh fishes. I will clean them up and store them in the fridger. I just need to defrost it whenever I want to cook the fish. Actually, I also like to eat fried fish, but since it is more heaty, then steaming is the best process, but don't over-steam a fish or else the taste won't be good. I like to put black beans in my fish steaming,it taste nice.

Hi shia88,I really like to cook steam fish, I love to eat this dish. Why? It's most easy and convenient to steam, however I didn't put black beans in the fish, only put ginger, shallot, garlic etc. I will try to put some black beans in my fish, I guess it will be more delicious. Thank you for your useful information. Happy mylotting!

I like the one cooked in vinegar. It is so yummy. I prefer to eat fish than eating meat. I eat fish almost everyday. We live nearby the sea and people in the neighborhood have so many fish for sale. Very fresh fish.

I don't eat fish often. I have the same reason as you. My house is far from the seafood market. To add, there is too much traffic in that area so it takes me at least an hour just to buy fresh fish. But I like to eat fish and all kinds of seafood. I like seafood more than meat.

I don't really eat much fish. It really is expensive to buy fish here. But I have heard about the many good health benefits that come from eating fish. So yes, eat a lot of fish if you want to stay healthy. My favorite fish to eat is Halibut because they don't have a lot of bones and are a really meaty fish to eat. I have eaten salmon sometimes but don't like to choke on the little bones they have.

For me, It actually depends upon the Weather conditions, Over here, it is believed that most of the fishes from rivers, ponds, lakes have high calories, they tend to be quite warm. So, during summer only few of fishes can be ate. Unfortunately I live in the part of the world, where there is no Sea-shore. Nepalese don't eat much of the fishes. But I have spent most of my life in India, near the Bay of Bengal. Being an avid Bengali food lover fish is an integral part of the food. So, It used to be finger licking affair for me every alternate days. Since returning to Nepal I have minimized the fish eating. But hopefully winter is approaching and so I will definitely start eating food again.

My family is not a fan of fish. We only eat things like fish sticks that are breaded and come out of a box. I have tried buying fresh or frozen fish in a more nautral state and no one would eat it except me. But it is important for those Omega 3's to get some fish in ones diet. I buy fish every 2-3 weeks.

Hello Betty. I am not a vegetarian , but I like eating vegetables. When I go to restaurants, my choice is often sea-food with vegetables. I prefer sea-food more than meat dishes. Whe I go to restaurants that serve buffet at lunch time, my choices are sea-food and veggies.

I love to eat fish as well. Other than salmon, which is readily available in quantity here, other fish are somewhat harder to find. Additionally fish is somewhat more perishable than other protein sources. So, I don't have it more than once or twice a week, cause it also needs to be very fresh, but, to me, NOT alive, or I would never eat it. Fish is healthy and tasty.

Well I eat fish about once a week and i eat around a few serving of it.Sometime i will stop at mcdonalds or burger king and get thier fish combo and i guess this could count as a sering to.I only eat fast food every few weeks as i try to limit the amount of bad fat content that is in my diet.Fish is very healthy for you and the more that you eat it the better shape that you will be in.In Japan the japanese eat fish almost every meal along with rice. This is why they live much longer than most of north america and europe. They have some of the oldest people in japan and it is all due to their strict diet of fish , rice and proper exercise.

I eat fish 3 or 4 times a week. I enjoy fish. I enjoy cooking with it and eating it. Just yesterday, I made a really great salmon dish. I cooked it in such a way that it left the middle sushi-like. It was really tasty. Since you like fish, I hope you eat and cook more of it. There are really fast dishes for fish. I hope you have a great weekend too.
