I have some problems with my HTC Tytn II, when i connect the smartphone to the computer through USB, the computer doesn't recognize it and there is no way to syncronize it. I have tried through Bluetooth connectivity and the syncronization it works...
How can i resolve this disagreeable problem?

My dopod which is HTC's name in Mainland China used to have the same problem. And if you are using Windows 7, you should install Windows Mobile Device Center; if you are using XP, you should install Microsoft ActiveSync. That's my experience, and it works. And if you are using other operating system, i don't know what to do. I hope it will help.

Thank you for your answer. I have tried to Windows Vista and Windows Xp with Microsoft ActiveSync but both systems don't syncronize the smartphone. My brother's HTC Universal has no problem of syncronization to these operative system. I really don't know what is the problem...

We all had a problem with windows 7, lymcheetah.
We had to install new drivers to pick up any device even the phones.
androgr, see if the drivers show on your pc, if it doesn't you need to either reinstall them or go and look for them on the internet.
Drivers seem to be a universal problem these days.
TATA.

Most cell phones made in china are like that, It's hard to find drivers to connect to a PC. I have a china brand mobile phone d-one, I mean I want to make a modem in the computer but the driver is hard to find, I try to browse on the internet and join a forum on China-made mobile phone, where I get a driver that I wanted to become a member in the forum .
