What is the best way to motivate people working on insurance company?

Hello folks, As a motivator and trainer, I have been given task to give a speech in front of many salesmen next week. The one that invited me said that I had to give a motivational speech that could improve their courage and confidence so that they could work harder and could survive in whatever condition they had to face. The problem is they are from insurance company, and I know nothing about their playing field. I wish that I could know a bit knowledge, I mean a proper knowledge about their working area so I can put in in my presentation.
