In romania it`s the same situation , right now there are no money to fund hospitals and seniors . It is a tough situation for all the citizens .

But I don't think 99% of our leaders, officers are corrupt. The percentage is at the most 70%, otherwise the entire democratic system would collapse. you can say india is a country of politician.the cause of their corruption is that indian people do not protest them as a unit in this case if one go for protest alone then he or she will be the victim.so this corruption is continuing.Thank you Happy myloting

Most of the leaders and officials in India are no doubt corrupt but regarding the percentage I differ with you because there are many leaders & officials in India who are still now honest & for this the country is still now progressing in every aspect of life. Also to mention here that corruption is the order of the day all over the world and Indis is no exception to it.

mankind is corrupt period. No matter where you go. Everywhere you go it is the same. People in power will use their position in order to control those below them for their own benefit. Not to be a skeptic, I believe that people can be inherently good- but nobody in power wants to care, because that would make them admit that their corruption is wrong.
