MyCoke Rewards - anyone do this?

I don't drink nearly as much soda as I used to, which is a good thing of course, but when I do, it's almost always either Coke Zero, Coke, or occasionally one of the other Coke products like Sprite or Sprite Zero. So, since I am apparently a "loyal Coke customer" I have started saving the bottle caps and entering them at www.mycokerewards.com since they do add up after a while, even if I don't drink it that much. I could just imagine how many caps or codes someone who drinks it a lot could collect over time! Anyway, the caps (with codes inside) that I do collect, I enter on the site and I get vouchers in the mail for more free Coke, lol. At least that's what I choose. I have no use for most of what they offer, so I just redeem to get more of what I already buy. In a sense, it's like getting paid to use their product. Saves me money in the long run. Plus, I collect other people's caps who don't redeem, which gets me even more free stuff! Do any of you do this? What kinds of redemptions do you get from MyCokeRewards?
