Hi I want to post my project because I want to make my own forum site so could you suggest me where I can post my project where I can pay through paypal?

Well there are so much site that can you use.Why have to count on Paypal only?? Limexchange, mturk, elance, freelancer, odesk, etc. If you don't have amount in other payment processors.You can exchange it, if it's the problem you only choose the Paypal.

I would suggest on odesk or if you want you can always post in other forums that you are looking for people. I have a friend that does blogs and forums if you need any help just ask.

You can post your project in odesk , there you can pay in paypal.
