Go to the news page and call Mark. That's what I did with some issues I had with PayPal and I got my refund back the next day. I'm not sure if I should give out the email address he gave me, but basically what he'll probably have you do is send at an email that goes to the admin (Mark) so that it's called to his attention and he'll take care of it. Soon you're PayPal balance will merge into your AlertPay balance from the sound of it. Keyword purchases are being placed into the corresponding balance they're used from. So if Jimmy buys a Keyword using Alertpay, you'll get money in your Alertpay. If Jimmy uses Paypal to buy your words you'll get money in your PayPal account at Kooday. It's a big mess I know, but I assure you that Kooday is doing the best to make things work. Yea I just checked it out as well. I sold some key words and basically made no profit and I cant buy the words back because my money only paid alertpay balance as well.

I don't know if they will or not as it seems that they will as long as you don't owe them anything. I have never had them allow me to have a negative balance to my paypal account. I hope you get the money that you have coming to you. It is nice to make money online.
