do you know many insensitive people?

You know, i tend to just not mind these kind of people. really. I have met a few in my school days and some friends of friends who fits the description of not being "sensitive" to other's feelings. But when you have an insensitive officemate who works with you (supposed as member of the team) you just tend not to ignore them especially when their being insensitive means they will: (1) Always be late for work - sending you an sms message to cover her reports everyday, for about an hour! (2) When they always (everyday) drink at night after work and they would send you a text message to cover the next day(happens about once a week, or once every 2 weeks) because they are feeling sick?! Sick of alcohol perhaps? (3) When you always have to remind them to start working on their work queue because you know at exactly time out, they would leave and leave the work for you to finish the rest of the day! (4) When you always are the one assigned to take charge and help her because the team leader may have an idea that she can't be depended on too much!!! (5) When you told this insensitive person to care for her work and to at least have some shame on not leaving without finishing her job - and yet she would think you are joking and would tell you i dont care about them (the work)! So are you like me? Usually not minding insensitive people but then, it would just feel as if they are abusive already and you just have to blow your steam right at their faces!? Have you ever met such an insensitive person?!
