Is my guinea pig cold?

In the cage I have for my guinea pig it has a little courner he can hide in but he stays in it all the time but he will run around to get food or water then will run back to the courner really fast. It is pretty cold in my house. Is he cold?? How can I make him warmer? Thanks much!
