I only pray everytime I feel like praying

Some people say that prayers can move mountains. Though I admit I am not a very religious person, I still want to talk to someone that I always feel comfortable to say the things or problems I am presently engaged of. I believe in God but there are times that I can't even think of Him even an bit of second in my every day life. Right now I wanted to talk to Him, but my mind is overfilled with work and other personal matters that I don't even know where to start. I feel like praying now.
