They might sound similiar but they are actually so different. Dressing to impress others often means that we are not comfortable with what we are wearing, but it's definitely enough to attract attention from everybody. While feeling good about ourself means we are comfortable, and it's the confidence coming from us, charming people around us. What's your preference and opinion then?

Hi Sanotary!. I wear I any thing just to make me feel comfort and raise my confident level. I don't really care about fashion trend I only wear cloth thats make feel confident, its often classic style cloth. But I like jeans with T-shirts best. My friend ever joke to me, if you wanna impress men he said, don't wear any thing, they will surely impressed .

Comfort will always be the most trendy style of all times. Nothing beats being comfortable. That's a proven joke! To add on, especially impress on those desperate ones.

I do not dress to impress others. I dress nicely because it makes me feel good. I have been told that my style of dressing is Casual/Chic

Feeling good is the most important thing about dressing. If we don't feel good at all, there's no way we can impress.

I never thought of dressing to impress others. The important thing for me, I was wearing decent clothes, comfortable, and not embarrassing.

I dress to feel good about myself not to impress others. Yes you're right if I feel comfortable with my dress then I'll go for it. But it has to fit my age.

I dress to feel comfortable with me. I'm not interested in what people thinks.. Because people always gossipying on everything. So the best thing for me is feeling comfortable with ourselves and doesn't matter what people says!

I agree. We can't please everybody. We should dress in whatever we feel like it. Whatever others like to say, we can't stop them. All we know is, the gossips are everything but the truth.

Yes, most importantly, we should make ourselves feel good, than to depend on other people to make us feel so.

I dress in clothes that I like and are appropriate for the situation. I don't care if they're fashionable or brand name. I just care that I look nice in them. I know a lot of people are hung up in what they and other people wear, but I think it's stupid.

Branded stuffs does not mean they are the best. If we don't have what it takes, those big names will cause us more embarassment than impression.

My preference is to be comfortable. I want to look nice but I am not a follower of the latest fashion trends. I buy what I like, and if it fits and looks good on me. If it happens to be the latest trend - fine! And if not that is fine too. I take care of myself and feel good about myself but I dress pretty simple and really don't stand out, I'm just into comfort more than I am into fashion

Comfort is more important than being trendy. It's useless to have the latest teens on us only to find out it's a misfit.

hi sanitary IO dress to please and feel good about myself,'aut alos to look decent and not groddy in public,I never dress to please or attract anyone else at all. I just want to look good and feel comfortable in my own skin.I believe that if you feel comfortable in your clothes then you will look great.grooming is something we all need to do and for older people if they forget to comb their hair and look good' they are in poor health. Healthy people try to wear pretty and comfortable clothes and tend to their hair and face. When we like how we look we will feel most confident.

Yes, with the right grooming, we will be confident. With the right grooming, we are already more than being impressive. With that, there isn't any need to impress further when everything is reflected via our grooming habits.

I wouldn't really say that I dress to impress, I dress for comfortability and I still kind of try to make my own unique style of wearing clothes but either way it doesn't really matter to me. I like to buy t-shirts of my favorite bands so that way I can try and attract people that like the same kind of music that I do. To me it doesn't really matter whether or not the way I look impresses people. In my opinion way to many people focus solely on appearance and only judge based on what's on the outside. I can only hope that some day people will learn to take a step inside of people before they predetermine what that person may actually be like, because we could all be missing out on great friends simply because we didn't give someone a chance solely because of the way they look.

U are right. Appearance is only temporary and it's ever changing. We will be wasting alot of time in trying to impress others because we won't always be the most impressive person for that event.

Yes, why should we impress others when we should be concerning more about our comfort. The clothes are on us, so others are free to say anything they like. We dont' care.

First of all i feel good about myself and then i like to impress others. If u goes to an interview, they first see ur dressings, style, etc. As First impression is the best impression, the dress should attract others.

It really depends on situations. When it comes to interview, i won't want to impress interviewers with my dressing. Flexibility and creativity is more important than just appearance. Bosses won't employ us just because of good first impression, but that does certainly give us a couple more points.

Usually, I dress to feel good about myself. Unless it's for an interview, I dress in clothes that I feel comfortable in. This is one of the things that I do mainly for myself. I don't really care what people think about the way that I dress.

It really depends on place and occasion. There are times we do need to impress but not to the extend of being someone we are not familiar with.

Hi, I prefer to dress for comfort. Anything that makes me feel and look good will do; I like casual dressing, except that we have to be dressed-up for work and functions. Dressing to impress others is often expensive (ohhh...branded) and frustrating!

I dress for myself because no one else cares about me. If I was outside in rags or nice clothes would it really matter to other people? I don't think so. Some days I do dress junky and don't feel bad about it. Other times I do dress up because I feel like wearing new clothes. I like the way I feel in new clothes so i dress up for me and me only.
