So we have now drained and covered our swimming pool and I will be cleaning up the barbecue and covering it over for the winter. Pretty much all of the veg is now out of the allotment and I have done lots of jobs to prepare the garden and house for the colder seasons. I feel a little sad that summer is over, we have such beautiful blue skies and sunshine everyday and we live close to the beach so I can stroll along the sand with the sun on my face. I do not enjoy winter very much as its too cold to go outside for a very long time and I end up stuck in the house a lot more. I do enjoy cooking more in winter as its lots of lovely comfort foods with stews and soups. How about you? Do you feel sad when you favourite season comes to an end?

I use to get bored but not really sad only slightly since I already get used to changing climate people seem adjusted to it already while other may feel sad just like yours. But do they manage and find some activities that would never let them get bored though being stuck in the home seem an endless chores. Everyone have their own shares of good and bad experiences as the usual routine is no longer available. You could channel your energy to do other productive activities while waiting for another season change.

i don't mind when the seasons come to an end,as they all have their bad points, the summer can sometimes be way too hot and no matter what you do you can't cool down, the spring, autumn and winter is just too wet

Yes, i feel sad when my favorite season is over, but every season has its beauty. My favorite season is autumn, but that doesn`t mean that o don`t like the other seasons at all. I like some time to be melancholic, i like the way trees lose their leaves, and the colours of the leaves, i like taking a walk in the park, and smelling the dry leaves.
