What do you do to lose weight?

People would say that physical exercise will always be the most effective way to stay fit and lose some weight. Yes I do agree but with the kind of lifestyle that most of us are in which is a busy lifestyle, we sometimes tend to have no time for exercise. I am guilty of this even if I am still a student because my time is usually consumed in school or in doing school requirements. I have friends who go to the gym, drink slimming regimens such as slimming coffee just to lose weight. How about you, what do you do to lose weight?

Just eating right and exercising are the essentials in my opinion. (Well, it's a fact). I think even busy people - like me, and you, can MAKE time to go jogging for 20 minutes a day, or walk for half an hour - or whatever it is. I don't think it's 100% necessary to make a 3-hour-long trip to the gym and do hardcore working out (maybe once in a while) but I (like you) honestly find it hard to find 2-3 hours to dedicate to working out each day. I shoot for 1/2 an hour and that seems to work out pretty well.

Ohh yeah, "Physical activities will always be the most effective way to stay fit and to lose some weight". But if you still eat a lot may be that would be useless to do. Advisable to limit our eating habit. Because we only burn 1500 calories (women) and 2000 calories (men) each day. So it is very important to watch our food intake and self-discipline.

I was doing nothing at first until my weight suddenly shoots up to 60kg from 46kg.
I was also binge eating like I must drink 6 cans of coke each day and eat McDonalds or KFC everyday.
Because I was depressed that time, I did not exercise only sleeps and more over the meds I am taking makes me fat.
So now I am exercising everyday for one hour and my weight seldom goes up to 60 kg anymore unless if I drink coke again and eat fastfood again. Now it is between 56 to 58 kg.
My advise is to cut down any fast food that you like or any fatty foods and do some exercise you will get slim in few weeks.
By the way how heavy are you?

Hi,
I do agree with you, with the busy lifestyle, it is
pretty hard to have some free time to exercise.
But I believe during off-day,try to spend 1-2 hours for swimming
or jogging or you can simply buy an exercise equipment at home and
you can do it anytime you want.
The most important is taking a healthy balanced diet meal everyday,
avoid those fried food and titbits.Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Recently I have some friends who are taking slimming coffee called
Leptin and they really lose weight within a month for 3-4 kilos.
It sound great and I am yet to try it out.The product is from USA and
not cheap.

No-rice diet worked for me. I ate anything except rice. I substituted it with oatmeal. I lost a lot of bulges.
