Not only that, i do also take late nap everyday when I come home from work just to be rejuvenated. Being a working parent drains much of my energy. Work in the office doesn't stop there thus, I take late nap when I arrive home so that I could be refreshed and ready to conquer the world of a teacher-mom to my youngest son. So tiring though but this is life! Good I have a husband who also works but with much energy than I have, does the cooking during weekdays when we come home from work. He allows me to take a rest by the sofa while he cooks. It's because he doesn't like tutoring the kids and prefers to prepare for our dinner instead. Napping or 'forty winks" is one way of getting back the lost energy from us.

YES! ALWAYS! And it's during my class hours. I just can't stand it when we're doing pure discussions in class. BOOOO! I always fall asleep and by the time I wake up, it's already quiz time and of course, I wouldn't be able to answer anything. =((

Hi. nitishanigam. Yes, I do take short napping. I can be sleepy and I will doze off. I will doze off for about 5 to 10 minutes. But my nap felt like I had sleep for almost an hour. I only napped for a short amount of time, but it felt like I slept for almost an hour though.

I take short sleep when i am in riding in a bus going to the company. my travel took almost 1 and a half hour and most of the time i am sleepy because i arrive in our home let's say 11 pm and i need to go to the company before 9. i usually went out of our house 6.30 to 7. I take almost 5 hours of sleep so i continue my sleep at the bus
