when i have a headache are feeling a little bit of pain i take Advil are Tylenol are Panadol which will help to ease the pain an trust it works an their is a lot of varieties of pain reliever out am just telling you the ones i have taken .hope that you feel better son .

I think morphene is the best painkiller there is. As a normal prescriptive medication i think codene is the best. although i had taken codene for so long i started to suffer with headaches and light headedness so i was put onto tramadol. i find it works better and also has less side effects.

I have took several different types of aspirin but the only ones that have ever worked were Excedrin, this aspirin for me can get the worst of the worst headache ever!!

I'd say morphine if you're in the hospital, codeine if you can get a perscription, and Advil if it's over the counter. Make sure you take it with food though because without it can make your stomach bleed. Tylenol never did that much for me and I've never tried aspirin.
