Urban Organic Farming, it is a much healthier and cleaner environment. I watched this show on how they do this in NYC with many different types of mushrooms. Yummers! Does anyone know where and how we can promote such great foods? Like for instance my largest city is Atlanta and Raleigh,NC do we have to go that far or is there no such thing happening there. Is NYC the only city that practices this type of regulated farming? Anything you have to offer to discuss.
