They do say that tea is good for you, but somehow I have not gotten into the habit of drinking tea. Except for the house teas served on japanese restaurants that I once in a while taste, no other 'hot' teas that I think I really like.
I did try a Diet Lipton Ginseng Tea and I liked it. But I wouldn't really consider it as real tea because it comes in cold, and from a bottle.

My father would always advised me to drink tea at least 3 times a day because he said it's good for the health and for the bones. I do try. But I can only make it to one. LOL. I am on my lipton tea now. I like the taste and even if I let the bag stayed long in the water, it still taste good - for me that is. =)

Tea is a healthy drink, but green tea is the healthiest for you. It is high in antioxitins and has healing qualities. I think that it is important to drink at least 2 or 3 cups per day. I prefer tea over any drink. I especially like chai tea and flavored teas. I drink a Celestial Seasoning tea that is blueberry that I really like.

I have heard that there are different benefits attached with different teas. However, I'm not familiar with all of the different benefits. That said, I do know that green tea is supposed to have a lot of antioxidants and it is also good for weight loss so that is something that I drink on a fairly regular basis. The tea that I drink the most often, however, is good old black tea done up southern style. Yummy.

I wish that I could drink tea, I love it, but it doesn't love me.
No matter what type or brand of tea that I drink it causes a bitter, yellow film
to form on my tongue, like a fungus.
I love Chai iced tea. But, I can't drink any at all without this happening.
Iced, hot, green, Chai, black, white, flavored. It all does the same thing to my tongue. Yuck.

I like tea, and I guess green tea is supposed to be better than black tea.
I like most teas, but have to say that I don't much care for the "fruit" teas, I prefer mints or spice ones, but not chai, because those seem to have black pepper in them and I don't do pepper...

Every week they come out with a new tea that is suppsed to be healthier than the last one.It was green tea for a while and now it's white tea. I think it depends on the individual. The healthiest tea is the best one for you. Chamomile tea is very calming and at times in my life, that's been the best for me. Sometimes my stomach has been a problem, so I have peppermint or a gentlemint tea. The real teas like black, green, and white are so acidic, even with milk, they're hard on me, I have to go 50% milk and 50% tea to taste anything but what feels like battery acid going down.
So the healthiest tea is the best one for you.

I believe green tea is the healthiest- that's what most sources seem to say, at least. I know it's supposed to contain more antioxidants that black tea.
I drink green and white tea. Most of the time it's flavored. The tea I was drinking today was mint green tea, for example.

Tea is healthier if it suits you...if it does not then no amount of tea...or for that matter any type or tea is healthier...
The best tea is the green tea which has to taken only with water with no sugar...if you cannot do with that then use honey instead of sugar...thats the best way.
