there is only but a thin line now when it comes to my anger bursting again. And well I am successful at not bursting out at my seatmate here. Thank You God for letting me control my emotions, again... otherwise i would have told her to straighten up again (for the nth time!!!)
This work is supposed to have been done last week and whe you remind her, she'd say "i don't care' and now that her boss is now asking for the file with today's deadline with over 300 records! now me and my other team mate has to help her because she apparently 'don't care' last week to do it! duh. its just getting worse! I am really looking forward to next week, where she'd no longer be around really! please!
Now, i can see her.. holding her cellphone texting!!! arghh how can you be sooo insensitive?!

Well yes that is true, though the person i am complaining about is still with us in the company - quite a lot of people has already known how she works and they would even joke about it. when i had meetings with her and tell our manager about the agreed timeline, but then oour manager would say or ask if i do trust the timeline given. he he

since she knew that you and your team mate would help her to do it
I guess she will be just that insensitive
maybe you should try to tell your boss that that is her mistake and you are not the one who have to responsible of her mistake
Let her do it all alone her task
or you help her with the consequences that your boss cut her salary and give it to you

Wish I can really just ask for her ssalary transferred to mine, it would have been really the best option and i would not mind doing more than what i think is required of me, and this person will probably not have any salaries left. hehe =) thank you so much for your response!

Hi,
it seams that this kind of behavior is a kind of 'work environment culture'. When you report to your manager what is good to do, or what is not going to be done, they always do not care. But when the upper one is asking, than that is the main thing which has to be done. Seriously I'm talking here for situations which I too have in my everyday job and the same issue I have with my manager.
The main reason for not listening is - no one can be more skilled than your manager. If anyone goes beyond his/hers capabilities than becomes a personal threat and the manager starts to act like 'doesn't care'. It should be, however, clear to you that the reason is not that they don't care, but to lower your credentials at the higher level. Therefore, instead of getting angry and nervous, calm down, do this now, and make a plan for future.
From my personal experience, I had an opportunity to work on a project dedicated from my managers superior, and no matter what were the circumstances I delivered everything on time.

This is sad chiyosan,
HAVE YOU EVER RECOMMENDED THE ENTIRE TEAM TO LET HER GO. or complain this to the Supervisor, so that she will be taught a lesson. or worst, her getting fired obviously, i don't like having a liability on the team.i think she's not doing her job well, if this is call center related, i think you should start complaining to the higher staff. you can't let her do this to you since you got more work loads to do.
